Jeffrey A. Fink graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College and a medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. He completed a general surgery residency at the University of Rochester, a plastic surgery residency at Yale University, and an orthopedic hand fellowship at Brown University. Dr. Fink is board certified in hand surgery and plastic surgery and is a Clinical Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Dr. Fink specializes in surgery of the hand and upper extremities. He is a member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand and is Director of the Rochester Hand Center. (Back To Top) |

Timothy P. O'Connor earned his medical degree at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland. He completed a general surgical residency and plastic surgery residency at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. He received additional training in head and neck surgery at Roswell Park Cancer Center. Mark S. Davenport received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin and his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin Medical School. Dr. Davenport is board certified in general surgery and plastic surgery, and is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Rochester Medical Center. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame, and his medical degree from Georgetown University Medical School. He subsequently completed a general surgery residency at the University of Rochester Medical Center. He did his plastic surgical residency and an orthopedic hand fellowship at the University of New Mexico. Andrew W. Smith earned his Bachelor of Arts from Hamilton College and his medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. He completed the combined plastic surgery residency at the University of Rochester. He subsequently completed a fellowship in microsurgery and oncologic reconstruction at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York. Dr. Smith is board certified in plastic surgery. Julie Sylvester received her Bachelors of Science Degree as a Physician Assistant from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1999. She is board certified and a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Julie completed a year of internal medicine at the Genesee Hospital in Rochester and a year of general surgery at Rochester General Hospital.
